A total of 220 people, including teachers and students from our university, participat in a virtual internal event organiz in commemoration of Peruvian Gastronomy Day , where the impact of the sector on the country’s economy and culture was recogniz. The event featur the participation of prominent experts, including the historian Marco Antonio Capristán Núñez, who spoke about the importance of historic huariques and restaurants. In addition, the teaching manager of our Chorrillos headquarters, Alejandro Guerra Fernández, present a timeline of Peruvian gastronomy, highlighting the evolution of dishes and flavors over time. The activity was organiz by the Tourism Administration and Services , and Gastronomy and Restaurant Management majors .
